  1. Notes about this video:
    1. Watch the full chat I had with Dr Abs about the best skincare practices in the Members Section: https://bit.ly/YouTube-Member-LauraTryUK

    2. I could have included things like vitamin C, niacinamide and red light masks in this video, but a). I wanted to keep this video simple b). show the products that will make a significant difference to skin and c). show the products I use. I don’t use anything else.

    3. Not only is this skincare routine effective and affordable, it’s great for travelling because it’s so simple!

    4. I tried castor oil as a moisturiser. It caused milia and spots within days. Also, it doesn’t have a similar structure to our skin’s natural oil and it’s not ideal for most skin types like the oils I recommended in the video, so it didn’t make the list.

    5. Since I started eating a high protein, nutrient-dense meal plan, my skin improved dramatically. You can watch a video about the meal plan here: https://youtu.be/eRds3IKwIXc
You can download a copy of the high-protein meal plan here: https://lauratry.gumroad.com/l/high-protein-meal-plan

  2. Can I just ask if anyone knows: so with the simplicity of using Tretinoin and moisturiser and sunscreen will this totally do it or will using my red light mask and doing derma pen treatments work on top of this? Is that a waste of time once you are using Tretinoin full time? (I know n=by the way you need to wait days before derma pen after Tret) but is it needed to do derma pen and red lights anymore or does Tret do the full job?

  3. If you wash your face at night, and then you use products, you would want to wash your face to remove them.

  4. I use things like goats, milk, castor oil, where those water cerve vitamin C clarifying face wash sometimes I’ve been using turmeric and baking soda exfoliate my skin along with the exfoliating brush and I use my face wash in the morning. I just try to rinse my face with water, but I think it’s OK to say that washing your face in the morning, it does make sense if you’re sweating and going through menopause which I am.
